Captain Jimmy Rubin began fishing when he was 12 years old. Captain Jimmy has been fishing the waters off the east and west coast for more than 50 years. After running a successful commercial fishing business out of Santa Cruz Harbor since 1971 he now specializes in Custom Sport Fishing Charters on the Monterey Bay.
